HOW TO RENT
Please email us the SKU number or a screenshot of the items you're interested in renting. Be sure to include your name, event date, and event location.
Once the items are confirmed for your date, we will email you an invoice and contract. The contract must be electronically signed. A non-refundable 50% deposit fee is required upon booking.
We accept online payment, check, and cash.
PICK UP & DELIVERY
Rental items may be picked up and dropped off in Ashaway, R.I.
Our delivery charges start at a flat rate of $25. The delivery fee will then vary based upon quantity of items, size, and location.
We do not delivery outside a 50 mile radius of Ashaway, R.I.
Delivery fees do not include set up, however we do offer decorating and set up services.
We do not ship our rentals.
You have a total rental period of 5 days, which includes the day of pick up and drop off. If items are not received on the scheduled date, you will be charged a $50 late fee for each day.
DAMAGED, LOST ITEMS, LATE FEES
We understand accidents happen! With rentals, small knicks and scratches are inevitable and we won't hold that against you.
However, to cover any unforeseen damages, misplacements, uncleaned products, a credit card will be kept on file.
If an item is damaged, we will access the product to see if it can be fixed. Damage fee will be applied accordingly.
You will receive cleaning and care instructions with each rental. If items aren’t received in their original condition and packaging, a cleaning fee will be applied.
If an item is lost or not returned, you will be charged full price of the product, the rental fee and the non refundable deposit. We will provide full price of each item with rental.
Once we receive your contract and 50% deposit, your rentals will be blocked for said date. Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to your event. Customer will not have to pay full invoice, however the 50% deposit is non refundable.
